“In realtà la recensione negativa e riprovevole è diretta a Expedia che ha millantato in internet una stanza standard con colazione inclusa, quando invece era a pagamento. Non mi è stata data o , meglio, solo quando ho minacciato seriamente di chiamare la polizia per fare valere i miei diritti per una camera con colazione inclusa che io avesopagato, solo allora il manager di Ramada mi ha concesso di usufruire della colazione. Zero a Expedia, 2 a Tamda Plaza di Batumi.”

“Gym and pool were closed for renovations. When checked it was given a room when somebody was already there. Had to go back to lobby and get another room. ”

“It is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. ”

Super Service, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolles Zimmer, super bequeme Betten, tolle Aussicht und Ausstattung. Besonders das Frühstück ist hervorzuheben! Extrem vielfältig und individuell mit persönlichem Service. Gerne kommen wir wieder!”
